Duties and taxes are not included and depends on your country's customs. So Please check your country's customs duty before placing an order and you should pay through your customs when your package arrives at your country. When the package return from customs, it will be refund and the shipping cost not refund.

[ NEW CUSTOMS RULES in Europe ]
From July 1, 2026, EU is expected to introduce changes to customs rules.

For international shipments handled by UPS to EUROPE, you generally need to provide an EORI number or a VAT/Tax ID number for customs clearance. We need your tax ID to complete customs clearance without any hold-ups. So please email us to let us know your TAX ID.
If you do not email us your Tax ID before the order is shipped, the recipient must be able to communicate smoothly with customs. Please note that the package can be delay or returned if the necessary information is not provided to customs. In this case, the original shipping fee and return costs (including processing fees) will be charged to the customer.
